WaveStar software for oscilloscopes is designed for use with the Windows® 95/NTTM PC operating system. WaveStar allows for easy control of oscilloscope functions and the automatic capture of data without the need for programming. The drag-and-drop feature allows the user to manipulate data easily within the program as well as insert information seamlessly into Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, or transfer the data to other Windows applications, such as MathcadTM.
The all-in-one TDS300 interface option 14 includes GPIB and RS232 interfaces for instrument control and waveform transfer to computer workstations, as well as a Centronics-type printer interface for a one-button hard copy capability.
